2012 RADICAL AUSTRALIA CUP

Strong grid numbers are assured for all 7 rounds of the RAC in 2012 with 29 cars registering for entry.This is a 50% increase over 2011.

A Masters Division has been introduced and sponsored by Octane Events.

There are 11 drivers eligible to compete in this class which will run a championship point score in parallel with
the main championship. The minimum age limit is 54 which translates to anyone born in 1958 or earlier.

The Radical Australia Cup is now a CAMS sanctioned race series following the execution of an agreement in

December. The 7 round series will run the majority of races on the Shannons Nationals card with television

coverage sponsored by MPA Projects. Each Shannons race will be streamed live via the Internet.

The other 3 rounds will be held at events run by the circuit owners at Phillip Island and Eastern Creek and will also have television coverage
